1. In accordance with the natural sovereign power delineated in the Constitution, the Crown may subjugate, annex, and rule regions as Dominions under the Crown Sovereign's royal authority. Royal Dominions shall be subject to the authority of the Crown in all matters. The Republic shall not stop, hinder, or invalidate such annexations, excepting as provided by legislation or treaty.
2. Royal Dominions shall enjoy royal protection and support by the Crown Sovereign, who shall organize them as he sees fit.
3. The Royal Armed Forces shall not be required to defend a Royal Dominion, excepting either with the express permission of the Senate or with the issue of an emergency authorization of military action by the Crown, the latter of which shall irrevocably expire 48 hours after issuance. Emergency authorizations of military action shall not be issued regarding the same region more than once in any five-day period.
4. In accordance with the natural sovereign power delineated in the Constitution, the Crown and its Republic may subjugate, annex, and rule regions as Dominions of the Royal Federal Republic of Free States. Federal Republican Dominions, or "Republican Dominions," shall be subject to the authority of the Crown and its Republic in all matters.
5. The licit accession of any territory to the status of Republican Dominion shall be contingent on the consent of a majority vote of the Senate, the approval or invitation of the Crown, and the consent of the local authority, explicit or implicit.
6. Implicit consent for accession as a Republican Dominion shall be discerned according to the judgement of the Crown. The Crown shall present their judgement, and may submit evidence, before the Senate prior to the vote on the prospective accession.
7. The organization, administration, defense, regulation, and other governance of Republican Dominions shall be the sole province of the Crown, in manners as may be established by further legislation.
8. The jurisdiction of the laws of the home region shall extend to all Republic Dominions. Free States shall enjoy exemption from residency restrictions within Republican and Royal Dominions, which shall be treated as equivalent to the home region for the purposes of regulations and other legislation as relevant.
9. Nations native to Republican Dominions at the time of accession, displaying good behavior, shall be offered citizenship as Free States, which shall expire automatically after fourteen days; native nations shall meantime enjoy all rights and immunities of residency in that Dominion, until they have declared in favor or against accepting Free Statehood, or until the offer expires.
10. Nations inhabiting Dominions may be granted the status of "Resident" and privileges thereof, the status which shall be of, and restricted to, whatever Dominion they reside, according to the discretion of the Crown. Residents of the home region shall automatically enjoy resident status upon transferring to a Dominion. The Crown may recognize and grant privileges to native nations as enjoying "citizenship" of the Dominion, distinct from Free Statehood, as may be regulated by further legislation. The Crown shall endeavor to govern Dominions and their nations without unfairness nor negligence nor cruelty, and with reasonable respect for local feelings and tradition.
11. Dominions, as dependencies, have no power to conduct foreign relations, receive ambassadors, make treaties, or self-govern in any independent, sovereign capacity.
The Privileges and Immunities for Popular Officers Act and Crown and Republic Dominion Organization Act have been added to regional records, as RL23 and RL24 respectively.

I hereby enact the following legislation:
0. This Act is intended to establish the founding and administration of a capital region for the Royal Federal Republic and its territories; and to outline the parameters of officials to be entrusted with its governance. This legislation may be referred to as the“Capital Region Establishment Act” or “CREST Act.”
1. The Crown shall promptly establish a new region, which shall maintain embassies only with the home region and imperial holdings, and which shall correspond to and be regulated as that which is described as, and may be known by the title of, the “capital region,” or “capital.”
2. The Crown shall invite suggestions from the nations of the region and the empire as to what the name of the Imperial City of the capital region shall be. The crown sovereign shall then choose among all options and shall found the region, which he shall name appropriately, taking care that all matters of relevance to such naming shall be duly considered.
3. The capital region shall allow embassy posting by all nations of the home region and empire. The capital region’s cultural amenities shall be legislated by the Senate, with the consent of the Crown.
4. The home region may elect a Lordship, the title of which shall be “Lord Mayor,” who shall be a cultural and civil officer of the capital region, for a term of four (4) months. The administration, enforcement, government, and protection of the capital region shall be entrusted to the Lord Mayor. For the purposes of organizing the Cabinet, the Lord Mayor shall be considered equal to a Lord Minister.
5. The Lord Mayor shall maintain relations among the Provinces, Dominions, Districts, and other such imperial holdings, including with officials thereof. The Lord Mayor shall be duly empowered to exercise power in the capital region, in manners which may be further legislated. The Lord Mayor is dispensed from the duty of responding to an Act of Royal Recall, so long as they licitly hold office.
6. The Lord Mayor shall make reports of reasonable regularity to the Governing Trust and to the Senate, when requested by the respective body. There can be a maximum of one Lord Mayor at a time.
7. The Lord Mayor shall inhabit the capital region for the duration of their term. The Lord Mayor shall be forbidden from returning to the home region during their term—except with written permission of the crown sovereign or by request for advanced expiration of their royal commission, assented to by the crown sovereign and a simple majority of the Senate—under penalty of summary expulsion and barring from future office, in a manner which may be prescribed by law. The last five (5) days of the term of Lord Mayor are also excluded from the previously stated requirement.
8. The Lord Mayor may appoint a minor military officer, the title of which shall be the “Sergeant-at-Arms.” The Sergeant-at-Arms shall enjoy appointment for a term of up to two (2) months, serving either in the first half or second half of the mayoral term, taking office with the consent of the Senate. The Sergeant-at-Arms may be dismissed by the Lord Mayor with the consent of the Senate or of the Lord Chancellor. There may be a maximum of one (1) Sergeant-at-Arms at a time. The Sergeant-at-Arms is a Squire of the Lord Mayor.
9. The Sergeant-at-Arms shall assist the Lord Mayor in execution of law; shall maintain peace and public order in the capital region; and shall otherwise act as the Lord Mayor’s second-in-command in military or civil matters. The Sergeant-at-Arms shall be personally immune to the command power of the Lord Prefect. The Sergeant-at-Arms is dispensed from the duty of responding to an Act of Royal Recall, so long as they licitly hold office.
10. The Crown and its Republic shall assume sole sovereignty and jurisdiction over the ownership and administration, respectively, of the capital region. Inhabiting the capital region shall not be counted against residency requirements for Free States. Laws regarding residency of the home region shall not be construed to apply to residents of the capital region and may be separately legislated further.

Sorry everyone. Been very stressed about accounting (I somehow fu*ked up the BALANCE SHEET, simply putting all the debits from the trial balance for assets and the credits for liabilities and stockholders equity, whether they ARE actually assets, liabilities or equity. For instance expenses (salaries expense, depreciation expense, etc) are debits, but are not assets. ACCUMULATED Depreciation, not depreciation expense, DOES belong on the balance sheet as a contra-asset (Idk what that means really: takes value from another asset, but in all honesty Idk the difference between THAT and just Depreciation expense) account. But when I messed up the balance sheet he wrote "Seriously? You need to do some studying". A balance sheet is from introductory financial accounting and is super easy, but I just cant take tests in that setting with an ass hole watching
He really hates me too I think. I dont quite get why. I think because I implied the online class I took for financial accounting (a gap in time is what messed me up) taught me more than he did, and it did. He made fun of me for taking notes. What professor does that. Last class session I think he was warning me of next semester ("I got some of the [higher up accounting class students coming in] so we have to make it quick" and it was 9 pm. He wants to get rid of me. So I will stay just to make his job harder. I pay YOU. You work for ME.
Also been stressed about my "love life". If anyone remembers it is the same girl who briefly came ane played with us in the FFS. I got 7 free audio books on narcissists and toxic relationships after she reported me for harassment.....Like telling me you are talking to a narcissist I think. Getting my data. I also got this suicide hotline thing that freaked me out. I am NOT giving personal info over social media anymore, especially not Meta platforms. They should've been texts. If she doesnt want me having her phone number for privacy reasons (like she has any place to talk, she reported me giving months worth of my private info to strangers on Facebook), we arent friends anyway. She really is a narcissist I think. She'll talk nice to me and she'll talk to me regularly, then discard me for a time until she is ready to use me again. They finally showed me everything I was reported for, and I realize she reported me more than just once. When I was first told I was reported she said "Being reported doesnt do anything". Yeah it does apparently. They started watching and acted accordingly. A meme with Morgan Freeman was shown to me after I was shown everything and how SHE reported me for them ("Now you know" and then "Never forget what someone says when they are angry.") Also say be careful who you share your secrets with. I never thought she'd do that. SHE was the only reason I used Facebook, so maybe the admins/hackers/whoever did me a favor.
They had so much data they even showed a picture of my dads exact workplace's logo in one of their memes they spammed me with. Thats when I knew I had to shut down.

The awesome Indian guy told me "No, no one is going to die" when I said I can't fail his class because I need health insurance. I was teetering RIGHT at 70 or 71 percent for a long while. He used to look at me in class and go "DO YOUR HOMEWORK" and made an evil face. I thought he was being serious. I think he planned on passing me unless I didn't try (and I was worried I would fail, WHILE TRYING: I really find school hard lately, I dont know why. I cannot think in class. Everybody just GETS the lecture and dont even think about it it seems. They just leave and sometimes dont even show up)
