Regardless of the differences which Marx & Engels would have had with Nietzsche (and there absolutely would have been plenty), their envisioned socialist aims sought to liberate Man from the time-robbing tedium & hazard of subsistence toil, and deliver Him instead to a life of human cultural work. In this vein, regardless of the philosophical differences, we respect the legendary existentialist for his contributions in provoking intelligent soul-searching.
