That allowed an undocumented military base on their soil a Gaikoku power. Just as he was thinking more about it a knock came from his door.
"Enter," he said looking up from the reports.
The individual was Goemon who bowed before seating in front of his superior. "Thank you for arriving on such short notice Goemon. I have this assignment for you," he said handing a folder over.
Goemon took the folder reading the contents of the folder. "Job is in Korea," he said looking from the folder.
Nagato nodded yes, "You are to go there and gather anything documents military base locations technology anything we put a perineum on."
"Will this be alone or with others," Goemon said putting the folder back on the desk.
"At your discretion on weather or not you bring a team but always remember the teachings that while “two pairs of eyes are better than one too many compromise the Shinobi's greatest weapon stealth”," he said in reply to Goemon's question.
"Indeed are Hanzo and Chiyome not on an assignment right now," Goemon said putting a team together in his head.
"They're not I shall notify them to meet with you. You are to debrief them of the mission use force on the mission if it means to keep yourselves undiscovered," Nagato stated before going back to reading his reports.

It has no tangible meaning to the computer, it’s merely another piece of code next to a typed note calling it the ‘organism’s name’. To the people typing the code, this is the final chance they’ve got to get this right. If they could pull off this job, and prove what they built could do what they said it could, they’d be richer for it, and the Republic would be better off. That, or they’d have a new lab pet.
Tuzla was the home of the Pharmaceutical Creations and Biologicals Company, usually referred to as PCB. The company served as the Republic’s main provider of drugs, artificial limbs, and medical equipment, only rivalled by the government run Republic Health. For a few years, work had been underway on expanding the ability of the company to not just produce artificial limbs of silicone and titanium, but to create limbs and organs of pure flesh, created with a machine rather than extracted or removed from those who had passed. So far their attempts had been… questionable. Early attempts to create a completely code designed creature had led to deformed blobs of flesh, and one attempt left three researchers dead after its code was mixed with a janitor’s fighting game saves. Funding was drying up, and this was the last call for attempts. It was now, or it was never (or more realistically until someone else coughed up funding).
Filling the biologics storage tanks was the easy part, plenty of spare organs came floating through the company, the hard part was waiting. A single click and the process began, the mess of samples flooding a small tube, creating a pinkish-red mess. From there came the glowing, the light only being dampened by a shroud that dropped from the top mounting to cover a view to the inside. Then, only ten minutes after the process began, it was done. The room was silent, people hoping that by some miracle the expensive easy-bake oven had done its job. When the shroud lifted, a small blue and red duck could be seen. It didn’t make any noise, merely looking around at the researchers who stared right back at it in shock. Cheers erupted from every single person in the room, admittedly spooking the little creature, but the moment was worth more than a little duck temporarily being scared. Porygon had been welcomed into the world, and PCB had introduced a new era of medical technology to the Republic.

- MAKING a CLAIM
How to get on the Map
There are a number of criteria prospective nations must adhere to in order to receive and maintain place on the map. These criteria as well as other important things to note are listed below:
- N O T E S
The first thing to note is that while the NWU does include and encourage an extensive range of fantasy and sci-fi elements, there are slightly more strict requirements for the Earth Map specifically.
Earth Nations should ideally be based on their real-life counterparts. For example, if you claimed Germany, your country should be based somewhat on Germany, however, there is more creative freedom for how you envision the country in the decades between the real-life timeline and our future timeline.
Have a somewhat believable and realistic in-character nation name. What this means is that if the in-character name of your country is not it's real-life name, it should at least be based on another name within that country. For example, if Britain became a republic, it could be referred to as the "Albion Republic".
Have at least one "overview" factbook detailing important aspects of your country, preferably with a wikipedia-style sidebar. This is to ensure that applicants have an idea of the country they want to play as and what direction to take it in.
The RP begins in the year 2048 with an alien invasion arc covering 2040-2045. The historical details and points of interest of the players country between IRL (2023) and the RP Start Date are free to be filled in by the player.
The earliest Point-of-Divergence (POD) is 1945, ie. the post-WWII and into the Cold War period for ease of continuity management.
Exceptions can be made for players that would otherwise exist within another player country, if an agreement is made with said player.
Puppet Accounts are not permitted in our RP. This is not, however, the same thing as having "puppet states" within the RP itself. Throughout the course of many player interactions countries may be, for one reason or another, puppeted by another country, with governments friendly to the occupier established in their place.
While player nations that are of Alien Origin are not permitted to colonise or have territory on Earth from the outset of their claim, it is perfectly reasonable to play as other Sentient Races that may be native to Earth who evolved and developed alongside Humans. This is particularly applicable to legacy players who have been in the region for long periods of time and who have been on the Earth Map while not being Human-orientated nations, such as Vampires and Ghouls. It should be noted that to maintain an element of realism in this case, claims by non-human nations may be altered to places that are sparsely populated by humans or areas that are generally inhospitable, to ensure that they can both exist and so as to not interfere as much with real-life countries in terms of history, etc.
Once you have everything figured out, send a claim request to Unified Empiricus with the following information:
Account Name (out-of-character)
Nation Name (in-character) and its abbreviation, if applicable
- What your country is called in-character, for example, "Unified Empiricus" in-character is the "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland", which is also abbreviated to simply the "UK"
Your nations name in it's native language, if you want to include it, for example the "French Republic" is, in French, "République Française"
Government type (monarchy, republic, stratocracy, etc.)
- For example, how the United States of America is a "Federal Presidential Constitutional Republic", or how the United Kingdom is a "Unitary Parliamentary Constitutional Monarchy"
Head of Government or Head of State or Both plus their names
- Some countries have only a Head of State (such as the President of the United States who is both the symbol of the nation and the leader of its government) whereas other countries have both a Head of State and Head of Government (such as the United Kingdom where the Monarch is the Head of State and performs mostly ceremonial duties while the day-to-day running of the country is undertaken by the Prime Minister who is the Head of Government)

In order to maintain your place on the map, you should endeavour to remain as active as reasonably possible. Not everybody has the ability to commit the amount of time they may like to for various reasons, and that's fine. If you're on the map and you know you may be inactive for a period of time, simply let Unified Empiricus know that this is the case. We try, to the best of our ability, to make the NWU an open, welcoming and casual atmosphere, instead of an overly-structured, overbearing, regimental system - because that's no fun for anyone. Drakenhoff Castle
Sylvanas sat in the cavernous study of her family's castle perusing the many tomes it held; for a bit of information that had peaked her interest. Mainly the effect silver had on all her kind save for the unknown reason of her own clan being exempt from this flaw. Universally silver blessed or otherwise held a deadly effect to their kind. That it stopped a vampires regenerative abilities. Her dule with Vlad Von Carstine to regain the throne had ended with the Count living with more than a few scars.
Yet the metal held no power over anyone sired into the Drakenhoff clan. When she brought the query to others of the clan they each had widely ranging explanations from the possibly to just plan ridiculous. That the fortunate immunity was simply a quirk of their blood like how a holy iconography holds no sway over the Saints bloodline. Her father figure Varken had attributed it as a blessing from what he wouldn't say and that it was the Drakenhoff sign as the right to rule undead kind.
None of theses answers really satisfied her for an real answer and so she was now in the Library. Going ever bit mythos and lore on her own kind. Most it proved to mostly be misconceptions save for the few very few documentations that had been secretly published by one of her own kind.
"Hard at work with your studies again sister," said a voice grabbing her attention.
Looking up she saw David(Dah-veed) pen in hand and blueprints surrounding him. "Hard at work with your follies brother," Sylvanas jokingly said back. The two shared a glare before the room filled a few good natured laughs. "Yes I suppose I am but what has garnered your interest now," he said looking over the books and notes she had with her.
"Just our rather unusual immunity to silver," she replied.
A few more words where traded between the two before they both settled into a peaceful silence.

- PASTRIES AND POLTICS
Zadar was one of the few places where the glory of yesteryear could still be seen. Most cities had been swept up during the Modern Revolution of the 2050’s and early 60’s, but Zadar had been left alone, allowed to maintain its ancient roads and towers. It was here where Zlatko was meeting with his opponent, Svetozar Vladimirović. Svetozar’s campaign was the polar opposite of his, calling for military expansion, the opening of the economy to the greater world rather than keeping it self contained, and the reignition of international cooperation in Europe, but yet Zlatko had still accepted his invitation to talk at some obscure pastry shop in Zadar.
“So, I assume you’re my opponent this election?”
“Of course, and from how the vote is going so far, it seems I’ll be the victor.”
“Well, in that case, at least buy me a Kremšnita as you said you would before you rid me from office.”
Chuckles follow this brief conversation, alongside Svetozar disappearing to fetch the aforementioned creme cake and strudels. A few more moments of conversation come and go, ranging from news worldwide, to things like PCB’s recent medical advances. The two men sit, one the past of the country, a neutral party which maintained isolation and the economy, and one the future of the country, a reforming party looking to expand world connections, and send the economy to Mars and back. But for this brief moment, they are merely two opponents, meeting at a middle ground before one wins over the other.
The announcement came later that day, an unsurprising victory for Svestozar, with 62% of the vote going to him, the other 38% going to Zlatko. A new era was about to begin, and the Republic was ready.

Well, that should prove to be an interesting meeting to see unfold to say the least and likely to get rather heated if certain words are bandied about between the different parties.

When the invitation from the Unovian President had reached the desk of the Indian Prime Minister, he was confused at first. The Unovians had been at the forefront of preventing the existence of the Indian Federation, and had invaded a Commonwealth state in Africa. Relations were far from warm but the Prime Minister was at least curious as to what the Unovians had to say. A diplomatic telegram was returned informing the Unovian President that an Indian delegation would be attending.
Additionally, representatives from the provisional Chinese Government as well as Singapore announced their intention to come.
