MEDTECH BASIC ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Article 1. -(1) MedTech is a sovereign and autonomous region operating under the authority of the Realm of The Dictatorship of Western Ceylon.

(2) Supreme authority shall be vested in the ruling power, whose decisions are final and binding.

(3) No external body, organisation, or assembly shall hold jurisdiction over the internal affairs of MedTech.

Article 2. -All nations shall comply fully with the following governing frameworks:

(a) Terms & Conditions of Use, as amended;

(b) One Stop Rules Shop, as amended;

(c) Privacy Policy, as amended;

(d) Any other applicable rules or policies.
