It appears Chessenta may need some protecting from foreign aggression, recent checks have shown they have a -7 defence force rating. As the leading military power within the Keelite region I am willing to offer my protection to our allied state in the spirit of friendship, providing that Chessenta makes more... reasonable, decisions in its political affairs. We will dispatch an emissary along with his personal escort, 1 battalion, to set up an embassy in the hopes that Chessenta's Tchnezar sees sense and accepts our generous offer.
