URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE DESK OF THE ERZKÖNIG OF Royal East Carp Company
2 days and 17 hours ago, I received a threatening telegram with the following statement:
"Dear Canton of Solothurn and CarpAlt,
I have infultrated your region's government and member base, aswell as having my army prepared for an invasion of your region. If you do not accept these demands we will attack and destroy you.
Demand 1: You will break off your Friendship Treaty with Christians.
Demand 2: You will transfer ownership of Swiss Federal Intelligence Agency to me by giving me governorship.
Any attempt at preventing the raid will result in an attack.
I am open to negotiating but I will be hard.
Failure to respond in 4 days will result in an attack.

We really need your help. Royal East Carp Company is under a major threat, and we need your support and your endorsements to stop the threat. We need your endorsements to save the region. I authorize any decisions for your region to conduct any sort of intelligence operation in my region. We need your WA endorsements. Intelligence support. Please. 1) The Court shall have jurisdiction over all extra-regional affairs including but not limited to disputes and agreements between regional governments, nations and polities in different regions, inter-regional organisations, alliances and treaties.
2) The Court's jurisdiction shall extend to any judicial matter delegated to it by any Region or organisation.
