Gameplay is very picky about fascist themed regions. They won't care if it's just IC. Many of the more extreme elements of GP will use that to "prove" that this region is fascist. It's better to just avoid anything fascist or fascist themed.

Generally embassies with regions with whom we have no interaction at all nor any historical or other relations are redundant.

The NS radical left will go to any length to paint regions as fascist so they can invade them. They will point out that one of your embassies has an embassy which may have ties to fascism, and so on. I've dealt with them for many years, as military commander and later president of Libertatem.

That being said, having an embassy with a region for no reason than for collecting or because they reached out is kinda dumb too.
