I will add my late input. I established embassies with these regions given I don't care much for the game side: I did polls and felt a diverse pool of answers would get a general look at what people think. I also wanted Zentari to be an open region regardless of ideology. I do oppose closing down any embassies but I also don't care enough for it either though my preference would have been to keep them open. I never did anything on the game side with them anyway.
