Members of the Regional Security Council are also required to maintain a high number of endorsements. Europeians are encouraged to join the World Assembly and endorse the Delegate, Vice Delegate, and Security Officers.

Members of the Regional Security Council

The Regional Security Council consists of the Delegate, the Vice Delegate, and Senate confirmed Security Officers. The current members of the Regional Security Council are as follows:

Regional Security Policy (2024)

Definitions

DF1. The following terms carry the following meanings, as used in this Policy.

DF2. (1) "Citizen nation" means the duly registered nation of a citizen of Europeia.

DF2. (2) "Non-citizen nation" means a nation residing in Europeia which is not listed in the citizen registry.

DF3. (1) "Security Officer" means a Security Officer as defined by Constitution VI, or the Delegate or Vice Delegate as members of the Regional Security Council.

DF3. (2) "Border control officer" means any citizen lawfully serving as a regional officer with border control authority.

DF4. "Eject" means to eject or eject & ban a nation.

Assistant Security Officers

ASO1. The Delegate may appoint a Europeian citizen who is not a voting member of the Regional Security Council as an Assistant Security Officer.

ASO2. The Regional Security Council may veto the appointment of an Assistant Security Officer via majority vote within 96 hours of the nomination.

ASO3. An Assistant Security Officer may be removed from the Regional Security Council via majority vote.

Endorsement Caps

EC1. The endorsement cap is 10 endorsements for any nation not endorsing the Delegate.

EC2. The endorsement cap is 25 endorsements for non-citizen nations endorsing the Delegate

EC3. The endorsement cap is 50 endorsements for citizen nations endorsing the Delegate.

EC4. The endorsement cap is 100 endorsements for Assistant Security Officers.

EC5. The endorsement cap is 150 endorsements for Security Officers.

EC6. The endorsement cap is 200 endorsements for the Vice Delegate.

Security Orders

SO1. Any Security Officer may order any nation to unendorse another nation.

SO2. Any Security Officer, upon the concurrence of at least two other Security Officers, may order any nation violating the endorsement cap to resign from the World Assembly.

SO3. Security orders shall be delivered by telegram and, if possible, Europeian forum or Discord private message.

SO4. Any order made under this section shall include the following notice: "Violation of this order may result in ejection and may be prosecutable under section 24b of the Criminal Code (2019)." The notice text may be amended as appropriate to accommodate changes in the law.

Summary Ejections

SE1. Any border control officer may eject any nation for violating the endorsement cap.

SE2. Any border control officer may eject a nation flying the flag of a known hostile or fascist organization.

SE3. Any border control officer may eject any nation for endorsing another nation violating the endorsement cap.

SE4. Any border control officer may eject any nation for impersonating a Security Officer or other Europeian Official.

Discretionary Ejections

DE1. Any Security Officer may eject any non-citizen nations who are not endorsing the Delegate whom they reasonably suspect to be a puppet.

DE2. Any Security Officer may eject any nation whom they reasonably believe to be engaged in suspicious endorsement behavior, including but not limited to: endorsing an unusual number of nations but not the Delegate; removing endorsements from the Delegate, Vice Delegate, or any Security Officer; or participation in a network of mutual endorsement not aligned with typical endotarting behavior.

DE3. Any Security Officer may eject any nation whom they reasonably believe to be engaged in suspicious regional movements, including but not limited to: arriving from a known hostile region or arriving in close proximity to an update.

DE4. Any Security Officer may eject any nation for explicitly refusing to endorse the Delegate and Vice Delegate, either by a negative response to a written request or by actively endorsing nations besides the Delegate and Vice Delegate.

DE5. Any Security Officer may eject any nation for refusing to comply with an order of a Security Officer under the Security Orders chapter.

DE6. Any Security Officer may eject any nation whom they reasonably suspect poses an imminent threat to the Delegacy.

Miscellaneous Provisions

MP1. Any border control officer may perform an ejection under the Discretionary Ejections chapter in consultation with or upon request of a Security Officer.

MP2. If practical, nations should receive a warning before being ejected.

Notification Requirements

NR1. All ejections and their reasons should be reported to the Regional Security Council as a whole as soon as practical.

NR2. Any border control officer ejecting a citizen nation shall notify the President and/or the President's designee responsible for citizenship reviews as soon as practical.
