The United Kingdom of Levouter is a titanic, efficient nation, notable for its burgeoning dolphin population. The hard-working population of 20.981 billion Levouterians are free to succeed or fail in life on their own merits; the successful tend to enjoy an opulent (but moralistic) lifestyle, while the failures can be seen crowding out most jails.

The relatively small, moralistic, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Welfare. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 10.2%.

The very strong Levouterian economy, worth a remarkable 1,256 trillion dollars a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Trout Farming industry, with major contributions from Retail, Cheese Exports, and Soda Sales. Average income is 59,868 dollars, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 182,886 per year while the poor average 15,190, a ratio of 12.0 to 1.

Crime is moderate, possibly because it is difficult to make it through a day without breaking one of the country's many regulations. Levouter's national animal is the dolphin.

Levouter is ranked 24,269^th in the world and 2^nd in St Abbaddon for Largest Trout Fishing Sector, scoring 6,091.95 on the Nemo Depletion Efficiency Index.
