Article 1: Playing NS is worth it
Because it allows you to simulate ruling countries or waging conflicts however you want, which would otherwise mean civil war or the end of the world IRL. It's also a good game when played with moderation.

Article 2: Why Global Great Britain exists
The legacy of freedom and innovation that the British Empire and the United States have left in the world: from the start of the Industrial Revolution to the end of slavery and beyond (with its fair share of war crimes too).

Article 3: Why Anglosphere was created
To give representation to all those countries where English, or creole english, are considered either native or a second language of more than 3/4 of their population by Ethnologue. Their flags are displayed in this document.

Article 4: The World Assembly
Our vote in the WA is given to the most voted side at the moment of voting. This can change if the previously losing side is noted to have become majority. We are not anti-WA but we believe it can be influenced by major parties.

Article 5: Solving Issues
The Welfare rank is priority, so every choice made when solving issues must enhance said rank. There is a tool online that helps in achieving this goal, but it's accuracy is not perfect: http://www.mwq.dds.nl/ns/results/

Article 6: Farming Cards
Puppet nations will be used as card farms and they will send their best cards to the main nation, who will, in turn, seek to stock valuable cards from the market and increase the International Artwork rank.

Article 7: Embassy Collecting
All embassy request will be accepted, except from invader or fascist regions. Embassy request will be sent to featured, new and related regions. Embassy closure applies only under extreme circumstances.

Article 8: Colony Regions
When an embassy region ceases to exist (CTE), we engage in refounding it as a colony. It can be returned to its original owner if we are ever asked by him or transfered to someone else who has a a legitimate use for it.

Article 9: Measures Aganist Raids
To avoid the unpleasant visit of invader regions, the position of the WA Delegate has been prohibited of having any kind of power, and is to be left empty. Also, turning any region into a Frontier is a great risk that we will not take either.

Article 10: Officer Powers
Executive power is exclusive of the Founder, and there are no Successors.
Polls authority is the default power given to any aspiring candidate.
Appearance and Communications can then be granted but only to trusted residents.
Embassies and Border Control can only be granted to two different active and trusted officers who already have the other three powers mentioned above and have used them wisely or restrained from abusing them.

Article 11: International Cooperation
Through the course of our history, we have been part of alliances and have enhanced relations with special regions. We are also open to join new associations and engage in the creation of peace treaties. Our most prominent partners are:

Article 12: The Roulette Map
To join the map, a nation must be resident in this region or a puppet sent from others. The map is based on the IRL world, and a roulette will decide the five countries that will be gambled with. The results will be published in the RMB every time a roulette takes place. The results can be: FLOODED (claimed by the sea), INDEPENDENT (becomes free land), COLONIZED (players increase or change nations), or GIFTED (given to the player with the least number of colonies). Roleplay can also take place.
