The sudden and unexpected privatization of industry within the Federation of Nokopia is a deep betrayal of the revolutionary and radical ideals that seemingly gripped a large portion of their population not long ago. With their government acting in this strange and unexpected capacity, the People's Republic of Derevnicat opens its borders to refugees, including political refugees, from the Federation of Nokopia. I recommend that Derevnicat reviews the following regional dispatch:
I. The period of each month in which nominations for Legislator are chosen, as well as the period of each month in which the voting takes place is vague and needs to be specified.
II. The day of the month in which the Legislator Elect is sworn into office is vague and needs to be specified.
III. Currently, the requirement to pass any legislation requires unanimous approval from all offices except the Secretary, we think this is a fault and is prone to failure. We suggest developing an alternative system.
