You would need lines showing that LegComm and the High Court are appointed/confirmed by the Assembly, and a clearer delination that the CoA isn't part of the cabinet, but an administrator of the Assembly itself.
Also if you are going to include OWL, then you should prolly include SWAN and the SPSF and Tidal Force, all as subordinate to the Cabinet.
Techicially the coalition is the coalation of two equal halves (gameside and RMB) with the delegate the position that is elected by both halfs, so i would rearrange it to put the Coalition of The South Pacific at the top, then have Gameside and Forumside below as the two halfs, with all the Assembly/Cabinet etc under Forumside, and then CRS on forumside but nominating the Coral Gaurd (which is on the gameside), and the delegate on the line between both gameside and forumside. Similarly OWL, SWAN, SPSF/Tidal Force are gameside programs but operated by Cabinet. You could also indicate the two new bodies being tested by the current LC (the DC, deputy Councillors and the RRC, Rules Review Comm) as smaller bodies reporting to the LC.
LeggComm and CoA are wholely part of the Assembly's legislative functions, where as most of the rest would be flowing from Cabinet's executive functions
OWL should have a dashed line with the delegate as well, to indicate the WA vote reccommendations they make.
