"Kami0's involvement in the Catboiistani conflict in favor of conquering former lost territories and removing a barbaric regime is going as planned. But according to our spy forces in Catboiistan, Republic of Rhode Island has begun elimination of the populace of Catboiistan and Afghanistan. This is very serious as certain minorities like th Pashtuns will be eradicated due to a reason not related to them. Therefore, Kami0 has decided welcoming all minorities, except Muslims due to an overgrowing population advising them to flee to Iran, into the nation. The Kami0iane Arm Forces will be responsible for helping these minorities flee the region and not let them get harmed by any force, even if they are allies. Kami0 is a country which supports all people and welcomes all of them and doesn't tolerate genocide. Kami0 has therefore let Pashtuns and other minorities to enter the region. If found they are Catboiistani Marxist will result in direct death."
