The Chinese Government has announced a joint project with 7 Trees to create Taipei 202 and Tree City 707. Each building will reach a total height of 1,208m and will share a common structure. The buildings will be assembled by Taipei Building Company and are expected to be completed by July, with construction already started, unknowingly to the public. The building will be home to TaiInvest (in Taipei) and NewStart Investmentgesellschaft (in Tree City).
