That may paint a clearer picture but I'm not sure how that is pertinent to the topic. Libyans are African in the same way the Congolese are by modern metrics. My point is that "race" as we see it today denotes ancestry rather than just location, as in Elon Musk's ancestors lived in Europe for thousands of years and are European by our standards which makes Elon European as well.
