The Final Transfer
Kreigvolksland was as ready as it ever would be for this day. But some, including General Augustus Busch, were not. He walked through the streets of Neu Munich, gazing around at the city he had created. He looked at older buildings, remnants of when they first arrived, as well as the newer structures that had sprung up around him. Today, all of this would change. What he had called his home for over a year, was now being transferred to the Plaugetopians. It was a necessary evil, or so he was told, to forfeit his hard work and toil to a foreign entity. After all, that was one of his first missions, to prevent the takeover of the Neu Welt by Vyladylande.
Busch was not an inherently bad man. Far from it, in fact. He personally lobbied for better living conditions in the southern territories, and often fraternitized with his troops. But he greatly disliked this change, no matter how the winds blew for it. However, this was how it had to be.
And so, Busch was the last passenger on the last ship out of Neu Bavaria, and he gazed overhead as the Plaugetopian hovercraft flew to greedily snatch up their new earnings. All around him were familiar faces. Men and women he had worked closely with to ensure the security of this new land.

Meteor/ite Testing

Testing has gone fairly smoothly thus far, with hypersonic speeds being reached in high altitudes. Unfortunately, craft this far have needed a launch ship to reach altitudes alone, though this is due to a lack of proper launch platforms for it. Minor heat damaged has occurred as a result from descent from atmosphere, more heat blocking spray on solution is recommended as a result, as well as possible additional reinforcement of existing heat armor.
Weapons testing has also shown success with the 40mm bushmaster cannon using the Meteor/ite designated ammo (consisting of a 40mm supershot using a plasma charge). One test trial, against an ERA-equipped P99A1 designated for target practice after critical engine failure was eviscerated by a strafing run by the craft. Simulations show similar results with comparable targets, with an estimated 4 shot kill, easily obtainable, even against ERA, disabling of electronics systems and melting holes through armor works against anything.
A test round fired at a meat target showed a disturbing effect, with the body armor melting, and a massive wound, which was instantly cauterized, but still a unrecoverable kill situation.
The last testing before full scale construction will be that of 0g testing. The Bismarck will carry one of three (3) prototype planes, and it will be launched from a hangar slot modified from IOAC use. In the event of failure of systems, 2 IOACs will be on standby to recover the vessel and pilot if possible.

The capital building looks over the city beneath it, the flag of the oppressive Rainfell nation proudly waving in the wind. Cars drive through the streets, and suddenly, the normal day is interrupted by a crowd of people marching down the streets, bearing the RPE flag instead of their glorious emporor's flag. The citizens that were going about their day try to avoid the protest and go about their normal lives as the protesters march towards the capital. As they approach the capital, the Emporor looks down apon the servents of his that appear to be having some sort of tantrum. And for what, because they want "RiGhTs" and, "fReEdOM"? He turned from the window and took out his phone. " Hello? General Holts? I have a few, "traitors" who are currently engaging in protest outside of the capital. I think it would be in your best interest to come over here and deal with this if you want your paycheck for this month. Alright? Thanks!" He hung up, and looked outside the window, preparing for a grand show.
Mind if I add, oh, say, about 135,000 troops to the mix? After all, the troops should have arrived at your capital by now, you don't seem to be putting up much resistance at all. Do you even have an army?

Arrakis, a star shining bright in the vast empty void of space, Heinlein, whose workers toil away in the dusty sand bowl for our security, and Heiliges Vaterland, the place we all know well, our homeland, if not still in spirit, whose very grounds I stand upon and deliver this speech to you today. 12 members, 4 from each land, shall be the elected voice of the people, who shall govern regarding all territorial matters, as the old BoCC did. There will be no parties, nothing of the sort. Candidates will be judged on their individual merit, on their own deeds, not on the falsehoods of any organization. And here are the latest estimates for population among the three. Heiliges Vaterland: 275 million strong. Heinlein: 1 million strong. Arrakis: 10 million strong.
Finally, the seat of power shall be moved from Lower Volga City, to a far safer place, far away from any that wish to bring downfall to our civilization. Welp, this is it, they're finally going to let me out of this hospital. Good, I'll finally be able to know what's been going on outside of this dang place. Apparently, I did a number on myself though, cus I'm blind in my right eye now, so guess that's fun... I have been considering it though and decided that I'm moving to the RPE after all this. ̶M̶a̶y̶b̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶I̶'̶l̶l̶ ̶s̶e̶e̶ ̶M̶a̶y̶s̶o̶n̶.̶.̶.̶ gotta go!
