Transferred this region to my puppet storage regions list (20170927) in hope of it becoming a featured region eventually.
Visitors need not change their nation's flags to the flag of Niue.
Should this region ever become featured, at that time, I will change this region's status from an Oracle Region to a Matrix Region.
Definitions that I use:
- Holding Region: a region populated by only the founder.
Puppet Storage Region: a region with a founder and at least seven puppets.
