Article II, Section IV, Subsection X.

A. For every four months during the first seven days of the month, the Freikorps will conduct an active duty operation. The Citizenry will be categorized in their appropriate unit and regimental banners may be used for families, various regions in the Empire, or varying groups.
B. All Citizenry, to include nobles and Emeriti, will be required to participate in this operation or will face a summoning by the Volkstribunal if an individual does not give an alibi to the Ministries of the Interior and Reichswehr.
C. The Ministry of the Reichswehr will oversee training and general planning, while Freikorps's leadership will conduct the actual execution, ground planning, and operation.
D. Active duty Soldiers in the Reichswehr are exempt from mandatory participation in this every four month exercise if they have completed a monthly quota of four operations per month.
F. There will be an alibi date set up by the Reichswehr's and Freikorps's leadership within seven days of the executed exercise.
G. Those who are unable to participate in the alibi date will be mandated to stay in the Penal Battalion until they are able to achieve their duty time. These individuals will have their Role-Play, RMB, and Discord message board participation privileges suspended. Exemption from mandatory service will be allowed per case basis by the Reichstag itself, whether for a singular, multiple, or permanent reason/event.
H. Promotions and honors are to be encouraged in the Freikorps, however a position in the Freikorps does not make up for a Citizen's main job outside of this militia.
I. Those exempt from mandatory participation are the Ministers, Chancellor, Archduke, Department heads, and the Kaiser himself. However, they are all able to participate if their primary duties allow. All listed positions must be confirmed in the registry prior to event.
J. These exercises will foster a sense of duty and allow the Empire a superior reserve force in the case of foreign invasion or needed reinforcements for the active Army in the event of a conflict.
