This is an anti-Nazi region; NOT pro-Communist.
This region is anti-nazi. Although we are not communist, we are pro-anti-nazi beliefs, and Communist regions have good reasons for being against nazis, there's a history and everything.
Same with the Jewish regions I've purposed creating embassies with.
