Happy Paasch-Eyland Day everyone. The island we call Easter Island entered into European history on Easter Sunday in 1722 when the Dutch explorer Jacob Roggeveen encountered it while searching for Davis or David's island. How appropraite that JR was lost but now am found on Easter Sunday.
