yes, C.A.D. is unfortunately dead. It has been dead since the summer of 2022.
i'll most likely put the region on lockdown to prevent any raiders messing with the region. This will just be a little capsule of memories for former C.A.D. members, look at the RMB, smile, all that.

As for the lock down, it'll be sad. But when it happens maybe I'll binge reading back CAD discord messages.
I'm so sad, for a Roleplay I have to leave Aktau from here to the so named region. I have another nation there, but only Aktau is the one I've made any lore about. In exchange I will be sending my sister nation Vistaras here. Would never leave CAD wholly.
