Loading...Well, I guess that explains why we still use the wheel and fire, because those who came up with those ideas were just imitators, not innovators.
The most important and foundational inventions in human history, such as the wheel and fire, were not necessarily the result of innovation, but rather imitating or building upon pre-existing ideas. In other words, sometimes imitation and improvement of existing ideas can be just as important as pure innovation, and dismissing imitators entirely may be short-sighted.
