I'll keep improving the military Infrastructure. You can see that I have claimed 3 other historically named regions since our last talk (yeah, Assyrian Babylonia isn't really unique, but Aram is!).

Assyrian Military
I believe I have finished. Now, the only thing separating me from starting recruitment and turning this region alive is my WA nation being occupied with other efforts of mine. I hope I can get the things I want in order in a few months, then I can finally focus here.
