The crowd waits outside the Capitol for a response from Phönix Uorden, who seems to be talking to Maksov over the affairs. Then, finally, Phönix and Maksov simultaneously nod and Phönix walks up to the podium us the crowd gets silent.

“My people, yesterday night a great menace arose—if you’ve kept up with the news, a large region of land; including Repolaa, Proletarska, and even LIBERZA itself—had the AUDACITY to declare their own “independence” from all of the nations that I just listed. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE! TO LIBERZA AND TO ALL THE COMMUNIST BLOC! This is absolutely PREPOSTEROUS! This may not be allowed to stand, people! However, after the trade agreement, I cannot send troops to suppress the rebels, let alone without Repolaa’s consent. THEREFORE, I AM SPEAKING TO ALL TCB NATIONS IN THE AREA OF DUDLIA, INCLUDING REPOLAA! You may not, and WILL NOT give in to this capitalist maniacs! For years, people have worried of rebels INSIDE the countries after we rid of the Mad Hatters OUTSIDE the countries! If we gave into this, OUR COUNTRY AND GOVERNMENT WOULD END AND A NEW CAPITALIST GOVERNMENT WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT! Ergo, for Repolaans, Proletarskans, Goshnians, and Liberzans, help us stand against this great capitalist menace! As for the rebels, you happen to hate ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING about our government; the economy, the politics, the civil rights; I GIVE CITIZENS PERFECT CIVIL RIGHTS! YOU EVEN HATE MY PET PARROT, TIM!”

Phönix shows his parrot, Tim to the crowd. I think he’s getting desperate.

“Therefore, rebels, if you don’t like this bird, I’ve got a few more for ya—“ Phönix looks and the camera and brings up his middle fingers. In the background Maksov is visibly cracking up as the crowd starts laughing and cheering.

“I rest my case.” Phönix said as he finally exits the podium followed by applause. That has gotta be the weirdest speech so far. Weird or not, Liberza isn’t gonna let Repolaa let this happen.
