Qian also said that customers of express delivery services should in turn support eco-friendly packaging and comply with the new rules, which require them to avoid using materials that are not in line with relevant laws and regulations.
The official also recalled that this month the office will launch a one-year campaign to correct excessive packaging and official rules will also be established to restrict it in the shipping sector.
