According to Dr. Fitbit, my resting heart rate has been increasing at a pace not seen since my spat with shingles, starting at about the same time. I've been mainlining entirely irresponsible doses of tortoises eating tiny pancakes (https://youtu.be/yVtGpOY9-vc), but it doesn't seem to be helping.
