I don't strongly self-identify as anything, really. If somebody asks me about my background, I just tell them what it says in my passport. I don't really care about it all that much one way or another.

I have much more in common with someone of a completely different ethnicity and/or nationality yet who shares my views and interests, than I do with the angry old racist lady down the road who just happened to have been born in the same country as I was.
