Thanksgiving can easily extend to the weekend, or even all next week so long as you're thankful and have the fortitude to eat that many servings of cornbread.

Found a fabulous cocktail this holiday:

3/4 shot of each: peppermint schnapps, kahlua, cream.
Shake with ice and strain.

I don't strain, I like the little pieces of ice. It's called either a "Peppermint Patty" or a "Girl Scout Cookie", depending on where you are.

Close enough, my Dad loved pickled red cabbage and I love mayo but have you ever tried to wash out a mayo jar? It just doesn't want to dissolve makes you wonder what it does to your stomach
