How did you manage to get the minster of culture to notice your event idea?

I actually started making it before they were the minister of culture. Lile Ulie Islands was MoC when I joined, and I just brought it up, and he encouraged me to developed it, and then Purple Hyacinth (who is now our PM) helped me with it a bit, and Sporyalicus told me to write down the ideas, and then after he was elected MoC, we talked about it a lot.

It all came down to me joining the Ministry of Culture and talking about my idea.
