An insult to the Delegate and/or Delegate-elect is nothing more than an insult to the Delegate and/or Delegate-Elect. The only time an insult has any meaning is when it is not done out of jest but to try provoke and hurt another person; as such, it would be reported to the CRS and/or site mods for violating RMB and/or site rules.

In addition, this is nowhere near a serious coup threat. In order to coup TSP, either half the CRS and the Delegate has to be in on it or some raider managed to have 900+ endorsements at update time. Having some random nation spout random, vague coup threats on a GCR-RMB doesn't mean that they are actually going to coup the region. At the most, they get booted for spreading misinformation.
