Geisler's GZ-1 utilises electrodynamic suspension to levitate itself off the ground and two jet engines to propel itself to speeds of over 1,220 km/h ( mph). It is designed and manufactured by Geisler AG and is planned to begin service in September. The GZ-1's interior is designed and made by Gehrig, who will also be the first operator of the GZ-1.

The GZ-1 also use induction charging to power the battery while moving, this means that the batteries do not have to take up as much space, allowing more space for the jet engines and passengers. The jet engines are mounted on the end cars, each one having two jet engines. The jet engines fold into the cars when not required. The Maglev can be used in a full-electric mode where no jet engines are required, this decreases the top speed to 520 km/h (323 mph).

The GZ-1 is manufactured in Geisler's Munich Plant, the interior will be assembled by Gehrig in Frankfurt. The cost per km of track is set to be €13.8 million Euros ($15 million NSD), and when asked, Geisler stated that the Maglev comes with the track, they wouldn't sell it otherwise, with the exception of returning customers, who would be quoted when required.

Specifications

A production train on the Gehrig test circuit
The GZ-1 is designed for outright speed; the shape was designed for the best possible airflow and the jet engine is only there for speed. The GZ-1 can reach a top speed of 1,220 km/h ( mph) in around 4 minutes, this speed is possible in low wind conditions or Geisler's Wind Assisted Tunnels, which provide a tailwind for the vehicle. When the jets are shut down and retracted, the GZ-1 acts like a normal Maglev, it's able to reach speed of up to 520 km/h (323 mph) in electric mode.

It will be available in 4 cabin specifications, all of which utilise 12 cars. There will be a choice of 2 first class cars (1 end and 1 intermediate) plus 4 business class cars (all intermediate) with the other 6 cars (5 intermediate and 1 end) being economy class. The next choice is 1 cabin car (1 end car) plus 1 first class car (1 intermediate), 4 business class cars (4 intermediates) and 6 economy class cars (5 intermediate and 1 end). The third option is 5 business class cars (1 end and 4 intermediate) and 7 economy class cars (6 intermediate and 1 end). The final choice will be an all-economy layout, with all 12 cars being economy class. Cars may also be converted to cargo cars, and Geiser has unveiled a cargo version of the GZ-1.

The GZ-1's cars are designed for efficiency, speed and comfortability, they are 3.4 m (11 ft 2 in) wide and 3.2 m (10 ft 6 in) tall. The end cars are 48 m (157 ft 6 in) long, whereas the intermediate cars are only 36 m (118 ft 1 in), this means that the vehicle is a total of 456 m (1496 ft 1 in) long. The end cars can accommodate either 4 suites, 8 first class passengers, 32 business class passengers, or 64 economy class passengers. The intermediate cars can accommodate either 32 first class passengers, 108 business class passengers, or 200 economy class passengers.

Gehrig has stated that most of its focus will be on the better GZ-2, however, the GZ-2 is only set for production in May and will be operational by August. They also hinted at the use of the GX-1 over the GZ-1 on smaller city route, most likely due to lower noise pollution. Gehrig has however, announced the use of the GZ-1 on its Warsaw to Kiel line, Budapest to Munich line, Frankfurt to Poznan line, and the Dubrovnik to Ljubljana line. All lines are set to finish construction in April, with service starting in May.

The Warsaw to Kiel line is already constructed, with the opening ceremony to take place on the 11th of April 2024. The line is around 800 kms in length and is set to cost Gehrig €11.04 billion Euros ($12 billion NSD). This line makes use of the Geisler Wind Assisted Tunnels to hit speeds of up to 1,200 km/h ( mph).

China (New Chinese Federation):

Gehrig China announced the opening of only one line using the GZ-1, this line being the Yinchuan to Shanghai line. They stated that, like Gehrig, they would favour the use of the superior GZ-2 for its better speeds. The Yinchuan to Shanghai line is approximately 1,650 kms and is set to cost $790.94 billion New Chinese Dollars (€22.78 billion Euros/$24.75 billion NSD).

Sarkovitz:

Sarkovitz has ordered 2,930 kms (1821 miles) of track to go from West Kazakhstan to East Kazakhstan, the line is set to be operated by Gehrig for 50% of all profits made. Gehrig announced that this line would make use of the 1,000 km/h (621 mph) operational speed limit. However, neither Gehrig of the Government of Sarkovitz has disclosed whether the line will use a lot (or any) Wind Assisted Tunnels.

Nuevina:

Nuevina showed interest in potentially purchasing a Maglev to go from Nuevapolis. No further details were disclosed.

The GZ-2 is Geisler's heavily improved version of the GZ-1, however, all routes where it is planned for the speed to exceed 1,200 km/h (mph) will have to be tunnelled. The GZ-2 uses improved jet engines and a smaller formation to increase the maximum speed. Electrodynamic suspension is used again, however the capabilities of the GZ-2's unit are superior to the GZ-1's. The GZ-2 can hit speeds of up to 2,500 km/h (mph).

The GZ-2 also implements induction charging just like the GZ-1. The jet engines are mounted on the end cars, however, unlike the GZ-1 these jets cannot fold in due to the cooling methods and fuel supply they use to reach higher speed. When the operator wishes to not use the jet engines, the GZ-2 can hit a maximum speed of 850 km/h (mph).

The GZ-2 is manufactured in Geisler's Munich Plant, the interior will be assembled by Gehrig in Frankfurt. The cost per km of track is set to be €22 million Euros ($23.7 million NSD), and when asked, Geisler stated that the Maglev comes with the track and tunnel (or without the tunnel for less cost), they wouldn't sell it otherwise, with the exception of returning customers, who would be quoted when required.

The KN065 is an Ultra-Highspeed Maglev that makes use of electrodynamic suspension to propel itself to speeds of over 650 km/h (404 mph). It is a project by Nosek Transportation Solutions and is planned to begin production on the 10th of April. It will be operated by NosekTransport across a variety of line, it will also be sold to other transport companies for €10 million per km ($10.77 million NSD).

The KN065 utilises the Nosek Maglev Track (NMT), this uses electrodynamic suspension to propel the vehicle. NMT also integrates induction charging (Electromagnetic Induction Charging) to power the train while it moves, increasing its range. The NMT is designed for speeds of up to 800 km/h (497 mph) and has used by Nosek since 2019.

The KN065 will have its chassis, electronic components and other system features produced in Nosek's Innsbruck Plant. The assembly of its exterior and interior will be in Nosek's Salzburg Bodywork Facility.

Specifications

The prototype train on the Nosek test circuit
The KN065 is built for performance and speed over everything else. It will be able to reach 650 km/h (404 mph) in approximately 3 minutes. Nosek has hinted at a potentially higher maximum speed when it comes to record breaking, experts suggest that this speed will be around 630-640 km/h (391-398 mph).

It will be available in 3 cabin specifications, all of which utilise 15 cars. There will be a choice of 2 first class cars (1 end and 1 intermediate) plus 4 business class cars (all intermediate) with the other 9 cars (8 intermediate and 1 end) being economy class. Pesky democracy. My VAPID* plan would address this problem.

TSP VAPIDTM Party is pleased to share our specific 14 point plan for The South Pacific. This plan improves democratic representation and is guaranteed to make The South Pacific one of the top 5 feeder regions in the Nationstates game.

This chart shows Our 14 Point Plan in action

OUR 14 POINT PLAN FOR THE SOUTH PACIFIC

  1. Supporting The South Pacific’s Farmers and Exporters
We note with dismay The South Pacific's astonishing lack of exports and have a plan to drastically increase exports and will set The South Pacific up for the long term.

Nodody loves our farmers and exporters more than I do.

  2. Innovation and Science Agenda
The South Pacific needs a National Innovation and Science Agenda to create a strong new economy with more jobs, by investing in the talents and ideas of the nations of The South Pacific.

Oh my god, you will love this so much. We are going to start winning again. I swear, a couple weeks from now you are going to be so tired of winning you will be coming to me, begging for me to stop our winning.

  3. Protecting Our Borders
The TSP VAPID Party has a plan to restore the integrity of The South Pacific’s borders and stem the flow of refugees.

Only I can save you. My plan is so good. I'm like, really smart, and everybody says so, and so you can trust me, that me, being a smart person, has a great big, bold, smart, beautiful plan. that I thought of with my very own brain.

A large group of happy and diverse people standing together, isolated on white in a studio shot spontaneously applauding TSP VAPID Party on the release of the 14 Point Plan for The South Pacific

  4. Backing Small Business
Small business is the engine of The South Pacific economy. Our plan will support growth, higher wages and jobs while lowering the tax rate to an internationally competitive level.

Oh this is the best. It's a big bold beautiful plan. You will love it!. Believe me.

  5. Cleaning up the Regional Message Board
Our plan will restore peace and order in the Regional Message Board.

Our Regional Message Board - Banjection Universal Standards To Extinguish Democracy (RMB-BUSTED) Plan is the only plan being discussed by any political party in The South Pacific. It's a big beautiful plan. Yes, it's really, really something beautiful. Everybody says so! And we will make the Rejected Realms pay for it.

  6. Helping Families Get Ahead
TSP VAPID party is committed to helping families of The South Pacific get ahead.

Our proposed Guaranteed Minimum Pixel Display (GMPD) plan has been scored by many, many independent professionals and really smart people and everyone agrees that it is a plan.

  7. A Strong Defence Force
A government has no higher responsibility than keeping The South Pacific safe and secure. TSP VAPID Party has a responsible, long-term plan for regional security.

This is so good! Yes it really is amazing. Yes, so good. Everybody keeps telling me how great this is. The forgotten nations of The South Pacific will be forgotten no longer.

TSP VAPID Party needs your early and repeated support to allow us to execute our 14 point plan.

  8. Combatting Terrorism
To protect The South Pacific from the threat of terrorism, a TSP VAPID party Government will boost funding for our law enforcement, intelligence and security agencies.

The problem with politics is if I tell you right now, everyone else is going to say, 'Wow, what a great idea.' You're going to have 10 candidates go and use it, and they're going to forget where it came from, which is me. But no, I have an absolute way of defeating Terrorism.

I don’t want the enemy to know what I’m doing. Unfortunately, I’ll probably have to tell at some point, but there is a method of defeating them quickly and effectively and having total victory.

Their days are numbered. I won’t tell them where and I won’t tell them how. We must as a region be more unpredictable. We are totally predictable. We tell everything. We’re sending raiders - we tell them. We’re sending defenders — we have a news conference. We have to be unpredictable. And we have to be unpredictable starting now.

  9. Building The South Pacific’s Infrastructure
TSP VAPID Party will build infrastructure and support economic growth.

Wow 14 points is really hard! Anyway, this one. You will just love this one. Trust me. It's is the gold standard of plan points. Really it's the highlight of the the entire plan. Believe me.

  10. World Class Healthcare
TSP VAPID Party is committed to providing The South Pacific with world class health care.
