Recruitment numbers at the beginning of the month showed that the region had a total of one hundred twenty-four nations. Recruitment efforts continued throughout the month of March. The numbers at the end of March show two hundred and twenty-seven nations, a gain of 83%.

Total World Assembly Endorsements rose to a total of 252, a gain of 40%. WAD endorsements rose to 21, a gain of 31%.
