for Newwite it makes sense (its just spam) but Durrnil's post is about to cross the land into against-site-rules so i'm not sure why the LC didn't take any action there.

Newwite's post was just spam- something like "what is that" would be preferred. Hello isn't spam as it's a conversation starter and a common first rmb post for newer nations so it would be controversial to suppress posts that just say "Hello." The RMB rules don't really say anything on single word RMB posts so it's really a gray area but if the LC says your post is spam, there's not much you can do about it except accuse them of corruption.

History

In 1900, the people had suffered from a famine and became angry towards the king. The king quickly fled after a revolt erupted but the people wanted him dead. The people formed an army and invaded the country of Parin where he stayed. The chaos had settled with anarchists ruling the country but remnants of the military began to meet up. Within in a few decades, the military began a civil war to reclaim the country. The unorganised anarchists were defeated after 5 years. It had become the 21st century and the military had grew to become stronger with plenty of nukes and defences. Tensions with a recently independent state boiled over into a war where thousands died. After after chaos of that war, the army was just in defence till some smaller conflicts with other nations. The military managed to invade Russia and china. A few years later, a war with India began and the military succeed taking Canada and India. The military is currently not in a war.

Quite nice. My template would be more minimalistic and much more dependent on background-blocks. Yours seem to be the usual and most found template in NS as it's a Wikipedia-style template.
