Yanab is now something like a middle east North Korea because i have No immigration policy (Foreigners cannot become residents) and No Emigration policy (Citizens are not permitted to leave)

I also thought about submitting Altan as one of the names. However, I didn't want to force my own currency as a regional one but since you think this is the way to do it, then I officially declare Altan to be the regional currency of Altay.

Btw I'm sorry that the preamble isn't finished yet but I'm quite busy with other things outside NS. The positive thing is that you, Yusseria, still have some time to contribute to the formation of our preamble. I'll tell you what to do If you want to coauthor the preamble.
