Btw, would you like to contribute in making the preamble of Altay's constitution?

Because there is nothing happening. If someone will write rmb i will answer, when there are polls i always vote for something in them etc.

I think we should make some actions to make gameplay in Altay more interesting :D

In the past, only the elections were something that really woke up the people. Maybe we could have them more often after all...
Personally I don't have anything that could involve all citizens (except the preamble), though there are some things I'd like you to help me with, for example the Regional map and anthem. Also, idk whether Altay's Tidings mentioned it, but I've got an idea that Altay could have a universal currency. Individual nations will be free to accept it or continue to use their old currency. If we are actually gonna do this, then we shall hold a naming contest to pick a name for the currency from the names suggested by individual citizens.
And maybe we could give a try to a RMB based roleplay, like they've got in the CCD.

I'd be willing to work as regional cartographer...

I really like the idea of regional currency. If we will make it i will accept it!

By the way Eastern Tatarstan i don't know if you noticed it but i made poll about new Religion Law. How many votes does it take to pass new law?

I also noticed that some nations have their currency exchange rates in their factbook so if we'll make Altay currency, we need to know the exchange rate

Since this is a classical voting regarding non-constitutional legislation, your proposal has to have more supporters than opposers. If your proposal gets approved, I shall update the §1n to accommodate for these changes.

That's wonderful news! Do well in your endeavor and you shall be awarded. I've got some ideas regarding you as a cartographer, but they need some further refinement. Stay tuned for the next issue of Altay's Tidings for more info on that one.

Anyways, do you guys think that we shall go with a real world based map or a fictional one?

And about the currency; if another 2 nations agree on the idea, I'll announce the naming contest.

Real world map

I also believe in a real world map (it's far easier than a made up map)

Yanab, the 6th clause of the §1n was rewritten to accommodate for the changes requested by you and approved in the poll. You can see it here:

1. Nations in Altay have to act according to the following law. If a nation violates one or more parts of this law:

a) it should not be recruited if it has not join Altay yet.

b) it has to be warned about the consequences if parts marked * are violated.

c) it can be ejected from Altay if parts marked ** are violated, or if parts marked * are violated repeatedly.

d) it has to be ejected and could be banned if parts marked *** are violated, or if parts marked ** are violated repeatedly.

e) it has to be ejected and banned if parts marked ! are violated, or if parts marked *** are violated repeatedly.

2. Propaganda control
All nations are free to run any ideology or policy mentioned in this clause within their borders without forcing it to other nations in Altay. Nations should not repeatedly or forcefully promote any of the ideologies, policies and attitudes mentioned in the 3. clause and in the following list:
juche *, marxism-leninism *, stalinism *, LGBTQ+ propaganda **, racism **, segregation based on religion **, hardcore sexism *, jihad *, torture **, worship of a nation's leader *

3. Nations run by ideologies mentioned in this clause are not welcome in Altay. Note that anti-fascism, capitalism, communism, conservativism, democracy, monarchy, socialism, theocracy and totalitarianism are not included in the list because Altay is tagged for these ideologies and thus they are approved.

List of ideologies and attitudes inappropriate for Altay:
hardcore liberalism ***, anarchy **, genderism !, LGBTQ+ (except the LGB part) !, nazi **, terrorism *, antivax !, pro-choice (anti-life, abortionists) !, flat Earth !, extreme atheism !, deism ***, occultism ***, satanism !, fascism **, antiscientific inquisition **, creationism !

4. RMB messages or telegrams that are hatefully opposing or cursing nations who are against the ideologies, policies and attitudes listed in 2. and 3. clauses are considered as violation of the two clauses.

5. If a nation violating this law ejects or bans another nation which does not violate this law, that nation should be ejected or banned.

6. Faith control
Every citizen must be registered under one of these religions: Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Shintoism. All cults, occultism, satanism and atheism are generally forbidden.
A nation can still remain in Altay without any consequences if all the cult members, occultists and satanists add up to less than 5% of that nation's non-atheist population.
Note that Tengri is also accepted as it was a traditional Altaic mythology.

However, I removed the "Tribal religions" because they often incorporate many occult practices. If you insist on approving those as well, I'll alter the law before finally making it valid.

All the citizens' contributions will be put together and formed into the preamble by me and General secretary North sachalin after 25th March. Then it will be available for all of you to see. If it gets approved by all citizens who contributed, it will be put into practice. If we do not agree, it will have to be rewritten until we will agree.
It would be really helpful if all citizens who contributed could be active at that time.

Yanab

Let's vote for regional currency guys!

North sachalin i saw your flag factbook and it is really good. Would you mind if i'll make my own inspired by it?
