Viva XKI! Viva TITO!

Salve, Islanders! It is with great optimism that I announce my assumption of the Delegate chair, following the successful transition which lasted exactly 16 days from the end of the September elections through today, October 3rd, at XKI's minor update. As my first official decision (can I even do this?) I hereby declare Pantso an excellent predecessor. It's known that he will be stepping away from public offices in XKI, so we wish him well as part of TITO Command.

On a particularly important note, the last step in this transition was assisted by our friends at The Region That Has No Big Banks, Europeia, The Rejected Realms, The Order of the Grey Wardens, and The South Pacific - all members of the Aegis Accords (please DM/TG me if I missed any assisting region). Join me in extending our gratitude to these regions and their respective militaries, whose help was crucial in this final stretch.

10000 Islands has historically been marked by a history of relatively constant stability, and I am very proud to be part of said history, even though we've just finished the transition. I look forward to working with my fellow officials in the Council, as well as other public officials & TITO, and all regions willing to perpetuate in our long-standing tradition of diplomatic relationships. I will certainly try to rise to the challenge that this bestows, as many before me have done in their own ways.
