Join Our Discord For More WA Discussion!This representative of the Starlight and Horizon Ministry of World Assembly Affairs has reviewed the at-vote proposal, "Space Transport and Astronomical Research".
This proposal, by 
Alainian Otters, co-authored by 
Centennium and 
New Ryansville, notably furthers the goals of space education, research, and expansion of sovereign space programs by providing technology sharing, publishing credible research, and encouraging nations to collaborate for the betterment of space science. STAR addresses the international problems of not having a unifying act so nations can share research, helps accelerate development of other space programs for other nations, and helps prevent international incidents when possible.
Moreover, STAR successfully does so without violating the sovereignty of member states by encouraging other nations to follow guidelines but not requiring nations to do so or punishing nations for not.
For these reasons, we recommend voting FOR "Space Transport and Astronomical Research".
