Your region should have at least 10 nations and be reasonably active (be that on a regional Discord, an offsite forum or the RMB). This can be subject to negotiation, however.

Your region must not, under any circumstances, be fascist or bigoted (racist, sexist, discriminatory etc) in any way, shape or form. This includes usage of the 'Fascist' region tag, usage of fascist or bigoted symbolism in regional graphics or on the flags of member nations, (note: this does not generally include the Iron Cross), and the presence of fascist/bigoted content posted in the RMB or any offsite communications channels that has not been suppressed and punished.

Your region must ensure that any NSFW content is either forbidden, or secured behind age barriers, on any offsite channels.

Your region must have the 'Anti-Fascist' region tag.

Your region must not have the 'Conservative' or 'Anti-Communist' tags. It should also preferably not have the 'Capitalist' tag, but that is not a strong requirement.

Your region must not be a puppet storage.

Embassy hub/collector regions will be taken on a case by case basis.

We ask that you telegram your reasons for proposing embassies to our Commissar of Foreign Affairs.
