This dispatch is intended to be read on a computer. If you are on a phone, some things may look odd.
Tier system: Tier 1 is for seriously problematic individuals/regions as well as regions with embedded fascism. Tier 2 is for regions whose members have committed serious acts typically unrelated to ideological alignment.
