PRESIDENT
The President serves as the Head of State of the Council of Asia and the United Democratic World. The President settles and carries out all necessary actions to pursue its foreign policies.

MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
The Minister of Foreign Affairs serves as the advisor to the President, and is responsible for leading diplomatic missions while guiding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Council of Asia opposes all raid activities in NationStates. We believe in protecting and promoting the fundamental rights and dignity of all regions and nations, regardless of their background. Our foreign policy includes providing aid and advice, supporting refugees and displaced nations, advocating for democracy and freedom, and working towards the eradication of raids.

We recognize the importance of maintaining peace, security, and stability in our immediate neighborhood and beyond. We prioritize building strong regional alliances and partnerships, promoting dialogue, and resolving conflicts through peaceful means. We engage in regional security cooperation, including joint military exercises, intelligence sharing, and capacity-building initiatives, to deter aggression and address common security challenges. We also encourage regional integration, cultural exchanges, and nation-to-nation contacts to foster mutual understanding and strengthen regional ties.

The Council of Asia will only open embassies with regions that meet the following requirements:

1. Regions must have a population of at least 100 nations

2. Regions must not be an embassy collector region or a puppet storage region

3. Regions that are not tagged as fascist, communist, or invader

4. Regions that are active in both internal and external affairs

5. Regions that are deemed necessary to open as advised by ally regions

Regions with the following criteria will be spared:

1. Regions that are one of the Council of Asia's sister regions or allies

2. Regions with a large minority or community of members from the Council of Asia

3. Government institutions, colonies, vassal states, and other Council possessions

The Council reserves the right to open or close embassies with whichever regions at will regardless of whether or not the target region follows the guidelines above.

A sister region is a form of legal agreement between two regions for the purpose of promoting cultural and commercial ties.
