Citizens of Right to Life
Right to Life law currently provides citizenship to two groups of nations:
World Assembly Residents (automatic citizenship)
Maintain an active nation that resides in Right to Life.
With that same nation, maintain membership in the World Assembly.
Citizens Living Abroad (requires registration)
Maintain an active nation that resides in Right to Life.
With some other nation, maintain membership in the World Assembly.
The World Assembly nation must reside in an embassy region.

Why we require World Assembly membership: Right to Life requires World Assembly (WA) membership in order to combat the practice known as "multying" or "multiing." This is where one player (one real-world person) maintains multiple nations in a single region and tries to use those nations to obtain disproportionate political influence. We understand that residents may have legitimate objections to the WA, but WA membership is the only practical way for us to verify your identity as a single real-world person. If you don't want the WA to affect your main nation, please consider creating a "WA puppet" (a second nation whose sole purpose is to join and maintain membership in the WA). WA puppets are perfectly legal under NationStates rules, provided that you have one and only one nation in the WA at any single point in time (WA multying rule).
