The Armed Republic of Victoxia is a mammoth, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its absence of drug laws and stringent health and safety legislation. The democratic population of 7.877 billion Victoxians enjoy extensive civil rights and enjoy a level of social equality free from the usual accompanying government corruption.

The large, liberal, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Education, Law & Order, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 33.9%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but sluggish Victoxian economy, worth 148 trillion guilders a year, is led by the Gambling industry, with significant contributions from Trout Farming, Uranium Mining, and Pizza Delivery. Black market activity is notable. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 18,814 guilders, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The tenet of free speech is held dear, tourists from around the world come to visit the country's famous rainforests, the latest Harry Potter book is a bestseller, and Leader's family members carry literal get-out-of-jail-free cards. Crime is almost non-existent, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Victoxia's national animal is the tiger.

Victoxia is ranked 231,158^th in the world and 2^nd in Vasconia for Largest Publishing Industry, scoring -2.65 on the Bella Potter Productivity e-Index.
