The Perseus Rift Federation of Senkaar is a mammoth, cultured nation, ruled by Senkaar with an even hand, and remarkable for its daily referendums, smutty television, and punitive income tax rates. The compassionate, hard-working, democratic population of 8.45 billion Senkaarians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The medium-sized government juggles the competing demands of Education, Administration, and Defense. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Dunia. The average income tax rate is 53.9%.

The frighteningly efficient Senkaarian economy, worth a remarkable 1,224 trillion Universal Dollars a year, is dominated by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Tourism, Book Publishing, and Retail. Average income is an impressive 144,879 Universal Dollars, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 3.7 times as much as the poorest.

Windows in Dunia don't have much of a view, children who drop their ice cream are fined for littering, pillows outnumber picket signs at most workers rallies, and structures are raised on promises. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Senkaar's national animal is the Kolibri, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Senkaar is ranked 9,743^rd in the world and 11^th in The Galactics Union for Most Developed, scoring 90.9 on the Human Development Index.
