Political System of the Federal Duchy
Isabeau of Este was one of the Federal Councillors of the old Federal Assembly of the Most Serene Federal Republic of Nordhpadhan. After the Nuclear Apocalipse she was he only Federal Councillor survived and she organizes the reconstruction.
She was directly proclaimed Duchess by the vote of the City Council of Wenedhig, then one City Council after another ratified the decision of the Councillors of Wenedhig until all the City Councils of the 11 Cantons ratified the Duchy.

Duchess Isabeau of Este proclaims a Federal Constitution to save the Freedoms of the 11 Sovereign Cantons and a new Federal Parliament comprising an upper house: the House of Lords and a lower house: the Federal Assembly.
Duchess has declared that at her death all her powers will be returned to the City Councils of the 11 Cantons which will vote whether to proclaim the Republic again or maintain the Duchy.

Members of the House of Lords are the Duke or the Duchess and the Lords.
Lords are all the City Councillors of the 11 Cantons.

Direct democracy and federalism are hallmarks of the Federal Duchy of Northpadhanian political system.
The Federal Constitution is the legal foundation of the post-atomic war Federal Duchy. It outlines basic and political rights of individuals and citizen participation in public affairs, divides the powers between the Federation, the 11 Cantons and defines federal jurisdiction and authority.
There are 7 Native lands which constitute the Native Canton, one of the 11 Cantons
Humans and Artificial Intelligences are Nordhpadhanian citizens.
Nordhpadhanian citizens are subject to three legal jurisdictions: the Municipality, Cantons, Federal levels.
There are five main governing bodies on the Federal level:
1. the Duke or the Duchess (legislative, executive, judicial, sovereign power divided with the 11 Sovereign Cantons),
2. the House of Lords (legislative),
3. the Federal Assembly (legislative),
4. the Feudal Council (executive, the Government) and
5. the Federal Court (judicial, the Supreme Court).

Cantonal judges are directly elected by the citizens of the 11 Cantons.
Federal Court Judges were elected by the Federal Assembly and ratified by the House of Lords.

Scientific funds increased to reach the stars
Feudal Coucil ratified the old decision of the Federal Council, but the new Flag of the Feudal Space Navy is the Feudal Army Flag:
Federal Council increased scientific funds to astrophysics and astronautics. Our Federation has to colonize at least another world in a strict period of time.
All our glorious Battleships will be equipped with space engines and converted into Space battleships. Our Federation's Battle Flag with the Lion and the Sword will flutter early in the deep space.
Private enterprises are allowed to develop space technologies. Federation commercial power has to expand also on the other worlds.
Our Federation's Commercial Flags with the Raven, the Owl, the Deer, the Lion, the Sow and the Wolf will flutter early in the deep space.
Feudal Coucil ratified the old decision of the Federal Council.
Federal Council dismisses the request to fund the human cloning research. Considering our patent law the human cloning is not patentable. Therefore we do not fund any human cloning research. The private industry could fund this kind of scientific research but without any possible application and without any possible profit. The patent is not possible, further more our Defence Department will seize all the documents and the documents will be secretized because of federal security. No scientific publications are possible without the military permission of the Defense Department. Those who break the military code will be subject to martial law.
More strength in culture and sport
Feudal Coucil ratified the old decision of the Federal Council.
More strength in culture and sport. Industrial investments in the fields of culture and sports are not taxed. The Federal Council has decided to increase funding for the areas of culture and sports by increasing private sector de-taxed funding. Two reasons. Financing the culture supports the tourism and food industry. Our young people must do sports to stay away from drugs and negative attitudes. Our Federation needs people who can reason with their own head and support by their own will the national idea of preserving our liberties through voting, military service, engagement in work, federalism and mutual respect. Freedom must be conquered day after day.

Health and Robotics are Federal Priorities of the Defense Department
Feudal Coucil ratified the old decision of the Federal Council, but the new name of Special Robotics Corps is Feudal Robotics Army (FRA)
Federal Republic is ranked in the Top 10% of the world for Healthiest Citizens.

Our Federation spends a large amount of our finantial resources to the Health of our people. Health is one of the Federal Priorities of the Defense Department.
In case of bacterial or virus war, Federal Army is prepared as to help our people and as to destroy all the enemies.
Robotics is also important for Health in Nordhpadhan. Our Robotics Engineers of the Defense Department and private sector are improving electromechanical parts to substitute all the parts of the human body.
Federal Army has also Special Robotics Corps (SRC).

We do not look into the bed of our citizens. Everyone can do as like into his/her/its bed. No words from Government.

Federal Assembly decided to build a molteplicity of nuclear plants under mountains to improve the economy and the private sectors. We are energy independent.

Private industriali shall maintain clear beaches. Only people who use the Padhanian Sea's beaches and the Lakes's beaches will play for. The Citizens of Nordhpadhan shall not pay taxes for the tourists. Federal Council thinks that it is an improvement for our touristic industry and an improvement for environment. More Jobs and less taxes.

No taxation for the public transport industry. The Federal Council declares that it is fundamental to support the public transportation without any increseasing of the taxation rate for the citizens. We think that the solution is to de-tax all the activity of the public transportation industry. All the moneys earned by the public trasport industry will be tax free. We encourage the investments for the public trasportation with an increase of investments in the railways system. We encourage the Post Private Societies to use their means of trasportations like buses to trasport the people as Switzerland does.
Postal Services are privatized.

If minorities want a TV show with their own actors, they can do as they wish. Same possibilities to all. But the minorities cannot impose actors to other TV shows. The Federal Council does not say any words to the producers. They can do as their artistic spirit suggests them. Only the Muses Godnesses Thalia and Melpopene inspire the producers of TV shows.
