It is as always is a pleasure to speak with you. I Supreme Leader Marcellus Augustus, request that we meet within a months time to arrange a military analysis and logistics summit. The Folkists for some time now have been the hegemony of the world.
They have a tight grip hold of this world and it is unfathomable and unacceptable! Especially that ridiculous and disgusting nation that revolted to my predecessors of the United Republic states of Varangias. I find them vile and proportionally incompetent to meet the needs of this world.
They have in many instances provoked and forced our nations to capitulate to their demands and I am through with their rhetoric and ideals.
I believe it is time we force them to their knees and face their own consequences. At the end of this we shall be the ones on top and will end them with the means of our weapons. If it is the last thing I shall do I will be the one to pull the trigger as I slay that horrendous man Solas Alí by firing squad!

Salve, socii et amici populi Romani. I do indeed agree that the filthy barbarian hegemony has long since left a foul odor upon the doorstep of the glorious empire of the Romans.
