"After several weeks, the analysts have come to an agreement. The total fee, that shall be payed by the Skyclanian government is 895.392 Million dollars, due to the excessive damage done to the Gohain Palace, and the almost total obliteration of the Nagazemei Finance Center. This is to be payed posthaste, failure to pay will result in punishment in accordance to Chu'nese law. Anyways, a total 3 battalions of the Chu'nese Royal Army have been evacuated from the Republic of Skyclan, especially the city of Mzekow. It has become evident to us that the capital Mzekow has been hit with a volcanic eruption.
