That's a pretty number...

Hope you don't mind if I borrow a couple of your endorsements?

Of course, I don't mind. Did you also quote that to ping Ethnon?

Of course!

How could I pass up a opportunity like that?

The Coup

It was a miserable day during this April morning. Black clouds and rain showered the capital. A uneasy tension was in the air. President Irene Turner sat in the Circle Office. This time of year was miserable for weather, and despite being President, today was slow. Congress was in discussing minor bills, and none of the press wanted to go out to the Presidential Residence on a day like this. But something was wrong. Unbeknownst to the President, the Secret Service was lacking today. Less guards on duty, equipment was missing, and the Residence itself was lacking some people in the building. Importantly however, the Vice President was not present at the Residence. Suddenly, a commotion was happening in the capital. The USOSA had moved into the capital. 18,000 troops suddenly appeared in the once quiet capital. Tanks moved on the streets, blacked off the capital. Soon, the USOSA troops had reached the Presidential Residence, moving to occupy the building. Despite resistance from the secret service, the defenses were overwhelmed, and the troops occupied the building, taking the President under arrest. Not far from the Residence, Capital Hill had also been occupied, keeping the Congressmen and women in the building. Once President Irene had been secured by the USOSA, under threat of death, the USOSA would set a message to go out to the nation. The leader of the USOSA forces in the capital, General Arthur Brown, announced that he would be taking up the role of Acting President of the nation, stating that President Irene was unable to lead the country for unspecified reasons. In his address, he would dismiss the entire Irene Cabinet, and enact Marshall Law upon the country.

The Antiyard Military Tupolev Battalions based in Catoliacan Reformist cities readied for their first mission. Their armament supplies arrived late last night, and Technicals worked overnight to fix them to the aircraft. Crews were worked out and targets were fixed. Kapuberal Johann along with his 4 NCOs went out to their assigned aircraft, the Glory Blow, a heavy bomber. They checked it out, whether all components were working in perfect order. An NCO was assigned to oversee the fuelling of the aircraft while Kapuberal Johann signed for the aircraft. 2 hours later, it was past midnight. All the crews took up positions in the aircraft. A few minutes later, the runway lit up. The bombers took off for their targets. An hour later, a company of faster Sukhois were released to meet up with the slower Tupolevs and protect them.

It'd be an honor to have an embassy even close to the Empress's lands. ;)

Sadly, most choose to follow a bad bad path.

So we can only hope that they soon choose the path of victory.
