Official National Response to the CICK Recommendations
The Republic of Terranihil expresses its satisfaction with the conclusion of the Committee for Inquiry into the Crisis in Kavarda’s investigation. The government of Terranihil has informed ACES of its willingness to cooperate with the Committee’s recommendations.
The Progressive Command Committee has suspended the leadership of the Kavardan branch of the Progressive Guard indefintely. An investigation by the Department of Internal Security has commenced into the affairs described in Kavarda. The Progressive Command Committee is anticipating ACES guidance regarding the Progressive Guard.
The Governorate Court of Kavarda has been issued an order to evaluate its records on detainees in Kavarda to identify citizens who have not been tried, are pending trial, or have already been tried. Any citizens who have not been convicted or charged with a crime will be released.
Terranihil reaffirms the right of all people in Terranihil, regardless of ethnicity or religious affiliation, to free practice their culture and beliefs as enshrined by Terranilian law.

Official National Response to the Terraconserva International Court
The Republic of Terranihil has the utmost respect for international law. Our goals align with those of the Terraconserva Council of Nations, and we hold justice to the highest regard, at home and abroad.
However, Terranihil does not respect the hijacking of the Terraconserva International Court by malevolent actors for the purpose of destabilizing the Terranilian government.
The arrest warrants issued by the TIC are in blatant violation of international law as stipulated by the TCN itself.
The judicial powers of the TCN are outlined in Proposition 26 and Proposition 27. Proposition 27, which “[desires] a clear process for the commencement of international cases” and “[seeks] to clarify the different types of international cases and how those may be called to order” states all cases must fall into one of these case categories:
-Karamazov Trial
-Cross-Borders Criminal Trial
-International Criminal Trial
-International Lawsuit
The charges brought against Terranilian officials do not fall under any of these categories. The charges (Deportation or forced transfer of population, Enforced Disappearance of persons, Persecution against an identifiable group or collectivity, Imprisonment or forced deprivation of liberty without charge) all allegedly occured within the borders of Terranihil and not in foreign territories, international territories, or multiple territories. Therefore, these allegations cannot be ruled on by the TIC.
Terrranihil does not wish to come into conflict with the TCN, as we share the same goals for international peace and cooperation, but Terranihil will not allow certain nations to use the TCN to undermine our government.
Terranihil urges the TIC to reassess the arrest warrants and charges levied at Terranilian officials to ensure their accordance with international law. Terranihil also urges its fellow member nations of the TCN to assist in upholding proper law and order. Terranihil will cooperate with the TIC when it returns to fair and rational operation and operates in line with international law.

In Alteria, there have been ongoing political tensions and longstanding disputes related to ethnicity and civil rights. As a result, a group of Alterian Rioters, some of whom were armed, decided to take matters into their own hands and staged a violent protest against the main Alterian Federal Court, which was under the ownership of the Tiernesia government. The protest started as a spontaneous and small-scale demonstration demanding more rights and autonomy for the people and the Alterian State, events would soon take an ugly turn when the Tiernesian national police arrived. The police perceived an increase in nationalism among the protesters and reacted negatively, making several arrests. However, the arrests only added fuel to the fire, and more people joined the protests. As the demonstrations continued, they started to escalate into a statewide riot. On the first day of the riot, clashes between the police and the demonstrators resulted in 17 policemen being injured. Despite their efforts, the police were unable to disperse the protesters. The situation had become volatile, and tensions were running high. On the 13th of March after the past several days of rioting, 2 Police officers were killed by an armed protester who wore a red armband and the symbol of the once thought "Destroyed" group of the Alterian Socialist Movement.

Recently, there were riots in Alteria, which led to many individuals becoming stranded at the Gansor border after it was closed. This closure prevented around 12,000+ people, who had either fled the riots or wanted to leave Alteria, from entering Gansor despite having applied for visas. The situation at the border became tense, with some individuals causing a disturbance that escalated into a full-blown riot, with several people attempting to cross the border illegally. Meanwhile, those who had already crossed the border were unable to return home. The closure of the border left many Alterian people in a difficult position, with a lot of them searching for alternative routes to enter the country. For many, entering Gansor was their only hope of finding a better life or escaping the crisis. Despite the challenges, many people were determined to find a way into Gansor and were willing to take risks to achieve their goals. Following clashes near the border between Desperate Alterian Refugees and border police, resulted in 1 person being killed and a following 16 injured including 2 Gansorian Border Police.

Orders to Gansorian Embassy and Consulates in Tiernesia
Yesterday, Gansorian government conveyed several orders to it's diplomats present in Tiernesia. They have been ordered to slow the process of Visas in the country, to stall the visa applications as long as possible till the rising tensions in the country does not subside. The visa applications of Tiernesian citizens who have submitted their visa applications for unimportant reasons will be stalled for as long as possible. The citizens with medical,educational and business emergencies will be allowed to enter the country, people with these type of emergencies will be granted visa without any hurdle.
Context
The Autonomous State of Alteria is a collection of 13 Provinces, of 1 main ethnic group known as the Alterians, Before 1980 Alteria was its own country, but after 1981 during the Alerian-Tierneisan War of 1981-1984, the Alterian state would be annexed by Tieresia which was a lot more nationalist and expansionistic at the time.
Despite being conquered by Tiernesia the Alterians have and had continued to claw for independence, either by peaceful or by violent means.
Following the 2024 Tiernesian Cascade (another event ill talk about soon) caused a massive government and ideological shift in Tiernesia, would open the chance of the A.L.M, A.P.L.A, N.A.L.M, A.F.A, and A.N.L.A groups which had previously launched the then failed uprising in 1992. Now saw their chance to possibly launch a successful rebellion, however, no side would be prepared for the Humanitarian Crisis that was about to unfold.

__-First Battle of The 2nd Alterian War-__
On the afternoon of March 14th, a nationalist rally was conducted in the town of Ketvo by supporters of the A.N.S.A(Alterian National Salvation Army) Militant party. This rally came shortly after the Nikcoma Ambush incident. During this rally, nearby elements of the Tierneisan 5th Motorized Regiment (84th Motorized Corps) were fired upon by mixed rifle and machine gun fire from A.N.S.A position located on the nearby Katepes hill. This resulted in a violent clash between the two groups.
As the initial clashes took place, Federal Tiernesian Security Forces were deployed, along with the 6th Republican Guards Regiment (3rd Republican Guard Division) to protect the highly important Somakonz base, located 1.2 miles away from the site of the initial clashes. The security forces were tasked with ensuring the safety of the base and avoiding any further escalation of violence.During the military operation, it didn't take much time for the 6th Republican Guards to come face to face with the Alterian National Salvation Army (A.N.S.A) members. The latter group launched an assault on the guards, but the guards proved to be well-prepared. They managed to drive the A.N.S.A forces back by taking out one of the technical trucks they were using to carry out the attack. Despite the fierce resistance put up by the A.N.S.A forces, the 6th Republican Guards emerged victorious and successfully repelled the attack.
As the day progressed, the Ketvon Valley saw multiple sporadic clashes that were marked by consistent shelling and gunfire. The situation remained tense for several days as a series of skirmishes broke out between the Tiernesian National Guard and Regular Army forces, against the Alterian National Salvation Army. The clashes were mostly fought in the hilly terrain, which made it challenging for both sides to gain an advantage. Despite the difficulties, the soldiers on both sides remained committed and engaged in fierce exchanges, with neither side willing to back down. Meanwhile, Gunfire from the Battle would be heard from both Gansorian and Prevailsan Border forces as from their positions they would see the distant explosions and smoke from the border, which was at least 15.7 Miles away from the combat zone.
As for the Rest of Alteria, this was only the beginning
