And, unlike Mr High Crime over there, we are already spreading our glory to everyone in the region. My scythe is never dry, if you get my drift. Until I come for you (could be very soon), have a nice day, or fraction thereof.
Today, your regional governor's ranking for Least Public Health dropped to #537. We hear from Rocain Labs that this is some kind of plague that's going around, which probably started in Cain O-N Wd v1. So don't blame me - for once it wasn't my fault. Oh, and I hear the Great Pretender got infected too.
That is true. We're now at #768 for Least Public Health. However, we've banned the use of masks and hand-washing, so expect us to overtake you, old man, sometime pretty soon.
4 days after Rocain Reaper reached this milestone, we got to position #397 for Highest Death Rate in NationStates. The race to see who is the deadliest and therefore deserves to govern this region is on!
It's so sad. Cain G LoX Rrj v0, or as we knew them, the Great Pretender, is going to be recycled for plagiarism and general uselessness. But he'll have 28 days to think about it, before the scythe falls. Speaking of which, his scythe was taken away while he was sleeping, thoroughly disinfected and melted down as scrap.

Just in case there was EVER any doubt who was in charge of this miserable region, we are pleased to announce that our Human Development Index has now fallen to 29th worst in the World! When complete, our superior inhuman form will have the ability to wield hundreds of scythes simultaneously, injuring scores of bystanders in the process. Beware!

Today's WA Report says that Reaptiles are getting fat. Our unpleasant nation is now the 599th Most Obese nation in the World. So we'll be going around with our scythe to give our overweight citizens a trim. Don't worry, it'll be painful only if you survive!
After over a year of stagnation, this nation's HDI has dropped from 29th Lowest in the World to 19th Lowest in the World. Things sure happen slowly down here in the depths.
